St. Blue Café was born out of a love for two things: extraordinary coffee and mouthwatering food, all served with the added charm of our lovable St. Bernard, Blue. Milk Blend- Que Linda
Roasted by Little Italy Coffee Roasters. Notes of burnt caramel, dark cacao, and cardamom are then followed by a sweet berry and hazelnut aftertaste. When combined with milk, enhances the cocoa flavours with a creamy finish.
Single Origin
For our espressos we use Colombia Inza roasted by Little Italy Coffee Roasters. Flavour notes of raisins, syrupy and liquorice, beautifully bright and bold with lovely milk chocolate notes.
